Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy

Returns Policy 

Covid Lockdown.

Under the current Covid lockdown restrictions we are happy for you to return items by First Class post and we can refund your purchase (postage on any items other than faulty items will not be refunded).  

Alternatively you can return your item to the store during our Click and Collect session on a Friday 11 till 3.  If you could please email info@eqwoman.com with any returns you may be making and then we can make sure the process is a simple and speedy one for you.

Please also read the conditions below about the return of any items.

Normal Service

EQ Woman will reimburse postage on any faulty goods or if your delivery was in any way incorrect.
You will be responsible for arranging payment and for returning the items to us. 

Items must be returned to us with a completed returns form. 

Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. 

EQ Woman is not able to accept responsibility for packages damaged or lost during transit back to us. 
We suggest that you send any returns back to us using 1st class recorded delivery to enable you to track your parcel. 
It is your responsibility to wrap items adequately to prevent damage. 
We do not accept returns on pierced earrings. 

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS.

Store purchases 

For items bought in our retail store we are happy to offer an exchange on unsuitable purchases for items of the same value or offer a credit note to the value of your original purchase, provided that they are returned with proof of purchase within 14 days. 
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items.
